      Peter Calvesbert's love of wildlife documentaries inspired him to carve this 1997 box figurine that turns the tables by giving the prey a chance to dominate its predator. Here the zebra sits firmly upon a lioness that has Swiss Army knife claws, a bandage from a previous wound, and a pierced tongue.

      The mouse makes a "full" appearance under the front leg of the zebra. The HBC logo appears in the interior and hallmarks include ©, heart, HBC logo, ed.#, and Pc.
