Harmony Kingdom Hippolotovus Rare Limited Edition Hippopotamus V-2 Chipped

Somewhere along its journey from the UK to Colorado, this piece sustained a small chip below the pink hippos nose (closeup photo provided). Other than that, this brand new, limited edition Treasure Jest is in perfect condition.

It's story...
Upon hearing about how hippos are experiencing an accidental population explosion in South America, Pete was inspired to create this tongue in cheek box figurine!

Pablo Escobar imported hippos from Africa to include in his private zoo. After his death, they were released into the wild and, having no predators, flourished in the South American jungle. In this piece the hippos are also having the last laugh enjoying the fruits of Mr Escobar’s ‘labor’. Carved around the lid are some secrets, explained in the story card enclosed with each piece.
